!! DUE TO COVID USPS IS DELAYING ALL SHIPMENTS, PLEASE BE PATIENT !! 

!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! 

𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨: 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮-𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 

Standard Shipping: Order(s) will be processed between 5-7 business days and shipping will take anywhere around 2-3 business days to arrive to you. 

Mail Express: Order(s) will be processed between 1-5 business days and shipping will take around 1-2 business days to arrive to you. 

Local Delivery: Order(s) are always delivered Sunday or Thursday.

ANY item noted as **PRE-ORDER** means it will not arrive to me until 3-4 weeks after it’s processing time. (Shipping and processing time is NOT the same.) Different items may have different processing times just be sure to check descriptions on ALL items. 

NO refunds unless I made a mistake on my end with your order. 

NO cancellations unless I made a mistake on my end with your order.

NO exchanges unless I made a mistake on my end with your order.

If there is a problem with your order, you MUST contact me within the next 24 hours after receiving your order to get it fixed. If not, I cannot fix/do nothing about your order. 

Make sure your email and phone number is VALID so that way if there are ever any problems with your order I can contact you. 
If you notice that there are any mistakes with your address please email us immediately at info@starrbeautybarr.store 

If your package gets returned back to me for having incorrect address details, you will be responsible for paying a additional $6 for another shipping label that way your package can be resent to your correct address. 

Once you order you are agreeing to NO REFUNDS OR NO DISPUTES. If you proceed to do that you are NO LONGER able to shop with me EVER again. Once you submit a dispute towards us without getting in contact with me I will alert other business owners and let them know not to allow you to shop with them and I will make you as a “SCAM”. 

When contacting about an order concern include your FULL NAME & ORDER NUMBER. 

Due to Global Pandemic PLEASE allow 5-7 business days to ship out your order! (PLEASE ALSO KEEP IN MIND THERE MIGHT BE DELAYS FROM USPS)

Processing time is currently 2-8 business days! 

I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it.. PLEASE contact USPS and give them your info/tracking number! (I WILL NOT REFUND IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED) Due to the pandemic USPS may run a little slower than usual. I try my best to get orders out ASAP! 

I ship EVERY Monday and Tuesday. 

Please understand that we have many orders everyday and all are very important to us! There is ONE owner. I’m a SMALL BUSINESS. Please be patient. 

Remember these are estimated times and items usually arrive earlier. If your item hasn’t arrived between the days provided on the shipping policy, then please contact us. If not, please allow your order to arrive between those time periods depending on the shipping option you have chosen. 

Once you receive a order confirmation, your item will be processed, and then you will be receiving your items very soon! Please stay patient! No other updates besides your tracking when it ships.
